Escape with WOTNOT competition

1. Just send you name, address and contact phone number together with proof of purchase to ‘Escape with WotNot’, A11/148 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale, NSW 2100.
2. The prize is a gift card with a value of AUD$500 for use at any of Accors 90 hotels listed at www.accorhotels.com.au/giftcards/participate.aspx and is valied for 12 months from date of issue.
3. The promoter is ECODirect Pty Ltd (ABN 9710 7388 429 ) A11/148 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale, NSW 2100. 
4. The ‘Escape with WotNot’ competition will commence on 1 July 2008 and finish on 31 May 2009. All entries must be received by last mail on 29 May 2009.
5. The prize draw will take place on 2 June 2009 and winners will be notified by mail.
6. If the prize is unclaimed 3 months from the time of the prize draw then the prize will be awarded in a Second Chance draw on 2 September 2009.
7. The collection use and disclosure of entrants personal information is dealt with in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. By entering the competition each entrant also agrees that the promoter and it’s affiliates may use personal information for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. Entrants personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.  A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at the address set out below.
8. The promoters decision is final. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
9. The competition is only open to Australian residents with a  mailing address in Australia who are over the age of 18. Authorised under NSW Permit LTPS/07/28419; ACT Permit No. TP07/04967.

Order & Return

2. Refunds will be given on purchases returned unopened within 10 days of purchase.
3. We will happily exchange unopened packs of nappies for an alternate size within 3 months of purchase
4. Full refunds or replacements given on damaged or faulty goods returned within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be returned before a replacement is dispatched. Please call 1300 767 065 to notify us of the returning goods and to obtain our reply paid number.
5. All freight costs for returns and deliveries of refunds and exchanges (excluding damaged or faulty goods) will be at the customer’s expense.
6. All goods remain the property of ECOdirect until paid for in full.
7. All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch
8. All prices are given in Australian Dollars inc GST
9. We do not have any liability to you arising from the supply of our products. All warranties and representations are fully excluded to the extent allowed by law.
   
   These terms and conditions shall be construed according to, and governed by the laws of NSW and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW in respect of these terms and conditions.

Shipping & Delivery

1. An email confirmation will be sent for all online orders.
2. Whether received by phone, email, fax or online your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving full payment.  We deliver Australia wide.  Delivery will take approximately 2-10 days depending on the delivery address given.  Should there be any delay, we will contact you - please ensure that an appropriate telephone number is specified with your order. For urgent deliveries, please contact us and we can arrange a courier for you.

Reward Program Terms & Conditions 

1. Reward points are available to ECOdirect customers only and are non transferable
2. Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances
3. Reward points will not be refunded for cancelled orders
4. Reward points can be earned by purchasing any product shown on the ECOdirect website.
5. Reward points can only be redeemed via phone, fax or email on minimum purchases of $25 per Rewards Voucher
6. Maximum of $50 Rewards Voucher may be redeemed per order
7. Reward points will not be awarded for freight charges or GST on purchases
8. Reward points will be awarded on discounted products
9. Customers must supply their full address, telephone number and email address in order to qualify for the Rewards Program
10. Reward points will be emailed to the email address supplied by the customer.  Reward points will not be issued via any other method
11. Reward points will be issued at the end of each month – timing will not vary under any circumstances and is at the sole discretion of ECOdirect
12. Reward points will be valid for 6 months from date issued.  Unclaimed Reward points redeemed by ECOdirect after the expiry date will not be honoured under any circumstances
13. Stockists of the WotNot Baby range and the Moltex Eco Nappies are excluded from the Rewards Program
14. ECOdirect reserves the right to amend the above Conditions of Use without prior notice or liability
15. All products and goods remain the property of ECOdirect until paid for in full
