About Us

ECOdirect was started by Sinead Roberts and Sioned Guard with the aim of offering Australian parents an environmentally and baby friendly nappy not previously available on the Australian nappy market.

Sinead used Moltex Eco Nappies for her baby boy, who had mild eczema, while living in Europe and found they were much gentler on his skin since they don't contain any unnecessary chemicals. It was also fantastic to find a disposable nappy that was gentler on the environment for the same reason.

When they could not be sourced in Australia she set about building a relationship with the manufacturers, Moltex, to import them into the country. The company has now expanded offering biodegradable nappy bags and a new range of natural skin care designed by Sioned, Sinead and their customers.
